Aloha, my name is Lilly and I am full spectrum doula. I began my path into this work first as an educator, receiving my bachelors in early childhood education from UH Mānoa. During my child development classes, I became interested in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of human development. Through teaching, I fell in love with supporting children and families, but found myself craving a more personal and meaningful way to connect. Meanwhile, navigating my own reproductive health journey further opened my eyes to the power and complexity of the female body. This experience, combined with my background in education, led me to begin training as a doula—where I now use my knowledge, empathy, and education background, to support women and families through lifeʻs reproductive changes.
As a doula, I provide compassionate, non-clinical support to individuals and families of all kinds. Whether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, practicing any faith or none, or building your family in your own unique way — my care is rooted in respect, understanding, and inclusivity.
I am trained in trauma-informed care and nonviolent communication, which guide the interactions I have with individuals and families. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, supported, educated and empowered throughout your reproductive experience.
Every individualʻs journey is different, and so is my support. I tailor my care to each persons specific needs — offering emotional grounding, physical comfort, and evidence-based information to help you make confident choices for yourself and your loved ones.
