Postpartum Support
Postpartum Support looks different depending on each ohanaʻs needs.
Support begins with a planning session, ideally prior to birth, or upon contact to meet the family and better understand their needs.
Postpartum Services can look like: Breastfeeding support, Safe sleep practices, Baby-led weaning, Infant and early childhood education, sibling assistance, meal planning and prepping, healing from Cesarean or vaginal birth with warm and cold therapy, pelvic floor basic education and referrals, light housework (dishes, laundry, organization) and grocery/supply runs, postpartum hormone education, postpartum & perinatal mental health education, referrals and assistance.
Virtual support available (Texts and calls throughout the week)
$50 hour long planning session
Daytime hours: 7am-7pm $35/hour (Sessions should be 2-6 hours at a time, one to five days a week or as needed)
Nighttime hours: 7pm-7am $45/hour for support with feeding and helping mom get better rest.
I also offer overnight support in hospital for duration of stay post cesarean or post vaginal birth.
