Abortion and miscarriage support can occur before, during or after pregnancy release. Processing grief is not linear, therefore support may be helpful even years down the line.
Support can include: understanding of choices symptoms and sensations during or before the birthing event, creating a safe space for dialogue and understanding, reflective listening, creating and practicing affirmations, integration of healing foods and plant medicines, physical comfort measures for pain management, emotional coping techniques, ceremony around release, vaginal steam herb blends for healing and comfort.

Post abortion or miscarriage support: $40 initial 1-2 hour planning session to get to know you and your emotional and reproductive history, followed by weekly or daily care: $35/hour
Complete pregnancy release care (from pregnancy to postpartum) - $400 offers 2 pre-release appointments, optional virtual or in person support during release (at home or in clinic), and one post partum appointment.
